A: Yes, the Puressence flavor line offers zero added sweetener, just all-natural flavor essence!
A: GoSip, Frosted Iced Coffee, Gateway Tea, Fission, Inflow Energy, and Frosted Refreshers all contain caffeine, along with new Cirkul Plus Fizzy Favorites Cirkola, Prof. Parker, and Alpine Rush.
A: Our FitSip, FLYTE, and Stage flavors all contain electrolytes.
A: Cirkul flavor blends are sweetened with either sucralose, stevia, or no sweetness at all (just pure flavor essence) depending on the flavor. Cirkul isn’t here to tell people what sweetener they should or shouldn’t use, we are just hoping to give everyone a custom, convenient, and clean way to drink more water! Cirkul formulas do not use aspartame or acesulfame potassium. Your health is our top priority as we continue to develop more products and flavor formulas.
A: Absolutely! We’re constantly trying new blends in our goal to offer the most delicious, custom, convenient, and clean hydration option around! We currently have 50+ flavors, with new flavors dropping monthly.
Sips
A: Sips are the flavor cartridges. The Sip holds the flavor and also provides the spout and spout cover.
A: All Cirkul flavor blends have 0 calories.
A: All Cirkul flavor blends are sugar free.
A: Cirkul flavor blends do not have artificial colorings (or flavors, for that matter.) Cirkul videos sometimes utilize color to visually indicate flavor change, but in reality Cirkul is colorless, which means no stains!
A: The recommended best by date for each Cirkul Sip is stamped on each individual Sip's packaging. In addition, we recommend consuming a Cirkul Sip within 10 days of opening it.
A: Cirkul Sips only enhance water. However, we also offer the Cirkul Flow Filter which removes chlorine from your water and enhances the flavor of your Sip.
A: The flavor dial on the Sip is continuously adjustable from 0 (represented by an X) to 10. This allows you to dial in your perfect setting and remember it easily!
A: Cirkul Sips can be stored at room temperature but feel free to store them in the refrigerator if you prefer.
A: Cirkul Sips should not be kept in the freezer.

Bottle & Lid
A: You have your choice of multiple bottle sizes! 12oz., 16oz., 22oz., 30oz., 32oz., 42oz., and 62oz.
A: Not to worry, that's just an audible reminder of all the hydrating you're doing! All kidding aside, the air valve located on the top of the lid (which balances the pressure in the bottle) can sometimes squeak when you first receive it. After a few bottles it should stop. A cycle through the dishwasher (top rack only) also seems to help. It's one of those quirks that come with new products and we're working hard to get rid of it! A: Yes, most car cup holders can accommodate 12oz. and 22oz. bottles and StrawSip™ Tumblers. However, since all vehicles are different, you may need a Car Caddy for 32oz., 42oz., and Cirkul Plus Bottles.
A: Cirkul's patented technology contains a one way valve that prevents any back flow from the Sip into the Bottle. Feel free to switch flavors in and out with the same water in your Bottle.
A: Cirkul Sips are only compatible with Cirkul Lids.
A: Yep, all you need is a Cirkul Comfort-Grip Lid, Sport Lid, or the 40oz. All-Day StrawSip™ Tumbler Lids, and you're ready to rock!
Cirkul lids are designed for Cirkul bottles, so they might not fit as securely on other bottles. But hey, if your bottle’s close enough in size and shape, give it a shot! Just know that a Cirkul bottle is recommended for the best fit and performance.
A: Absolutely! Cirkul Sips can be used with both still and sparkling water. But with the NEW Cirkul Plus Complete System, you can bring your carbonation system on-the-go! Want to know more? Check it out here!
A: Plastic Bottles, Insulated Squeeze Bottles and all Lids are top-rack dishwasher safe. Please wash your Stainless Steel Bottles and all Custom Bottles by hand. Be sure to wash your Bottle and Lid before your first use and clean your Bottle and Lid at the end of each day of use.
A: Cirkul Bottles are only meant to be used with cold or room temperature water.
A: The Mini Bottle is 12 ounces.

A: The StrawSip™ technology is a game-changer because you can enjoy Cirkul Sip cartridges with a straw for the first time! Instead of tipping with your Cirkul bottle, simply sip from your Cirkul Tumbler as you would with a straw. Talk about convenience!

A: Yes, the 40oz. All-Day StrawSip™ Tumbler fits snugly in most car cup holders. Whether you’re on a road trip or running errands, this tumbler keeps your hydration within easy reach.
A: Place the lid on the Tumbler with the arrow pointing towards your preferred handle direction (L for left-handed and R for right-handed). Rotate the lid clockwise until it is securely closed. Once closed, the Sip opening will be facing you. Now, you’re ready to enjoy your Cirkul Tumbler and take a sip!
A: If your tumbler takes a tumble, there’s no need to worry! The lid of your StrawSip is leak-resistant when the cap of your Sip is closed, so you can sip stress-free, knowing there are no leaks in sight!
A: The StrawSip™ Tumbler lid comes with the All-Day StrawSip™ Tumbler, but if you're looking for something extra, Walmart has a Purple and Pink StrawSip™ Lid with a bumper to add some flair!

A: The Insulated Chill Sleeve is designed for Plastic and Grip Squeeze Bottles, available in four sizes (12oz., 22oz., 32oz., and 42oz.). They keep your water chilled, your bottle insulated, and your hands dry. The Shock Sleeve, made for Stainless Steel Bottles, comes in the same four sizes (12oz., 22oz., 32oz., and 42oz.). This premium two-piece silicone layer offers extra protection against bumps and scratches, keeping your bottle looking as good as new!
A: Our team put together this clip to help!

A: You can wash your Chill Sleeve in the washing machine with cold or warm water and laundry detergent. After washing, just let the Chill Sleeve air dry. Do not clip it using a clothes pin or the clip marks will remain on the Chill Sleeve. To clean your Shock Sleeve simply hand-wash it with warm water and dishwashing liquid, then just let it air dry.
A: The Flow Filter can only be installed on the New Comfort Grip Lid. Just turn your Lid over, turn the Flow Filter ¼ turn and it will snap into place!
A: You can’t use the Flow Filter without a flavor cartridge! It’s made to work with a Sip and fits perfectly with your Cirkul Comfort-Grip or Sport Lid. Filter and flavor your drink wherever you go!
A: If you're ready to switch up your Sip blend but still have some tasty flavor in it and want to save it for later - no worries! With the Cirkul Sip Safe you'll have a convenient way to keep your Sips safe and clean when swapping them on the go! The Sip Safe is made from high-quality, BPA-free plastic, and features dual magnetic locking clasps, opening from both ends for easy hand-washing. A: There are small holes in the Sip Safe to allow any leftover water to evaporate from your Sip. However, if you are worried about any liquid seeping through the small holes of your Sip Safe, gently tap your Sip against the walls of your Lid while removing it from the Lid or dry your Sip with a napkin before placing it in the Sip Safe.

A: Since Cirkul is a consumable product we are not able to accept returns nor provide refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience but hope our priority is understandable as we value the trust our customers have in us. If you do have an issue with a product, please reach out to us at help@drinkcirkul.com so we may better assist you.
A: We don't currently offer the ability to gift Auto-Ship plans to friends or family, but you can certainly order anything from our Products page and ship to others as a great gift!

A: Typically, orders arrive within 5-7 business days after being shipped. However, due to increased demand it may take longer. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way!

Auto-Ship
A: Cirkul Sipsters are always in the driver's seat and can make changes to their auto-shipment at any time. You can add or remove the number of Sips per shipment and also adjust any flavor selections all in the “My Account” page.
A: Of course! If you aren't ready for your order, you can always simply push it back! To delay your order, log in to your profile at www.DrinkCirkul.com/Account and click the arrow in “Next Box Ships.” Your calendar will be displayed and you can select the date you would like your next order to process.
A: If you’d rather order as-needed, you can go to the Products page of the Cirkul website, however - plan holders do get a nifty discount and some great benefits for being such loyal Sipsters!
A: Of course you can! All you need to do is log in to your account, visit our Products page, and pick your goodies! This order will ship as soon as possible and separate from your auto-ship.
A: You can stop your Cirkul Sip deliveries with us at any time, for any reason, right on your profile page.
Once you're logged in, click on "Your Account", then click “cancel plan.” On the next page, select the option that best applies as to why you are cancelling. Read over the tips and then the cancel button will appear at the bottom of the page. Close the dialog box and then the "Cancel Plan" button. Here are some tips: If you need a Sips sooner than normal you can order from our Products page, or you can reschedule your next delivery at any time between shipments. Just email us at help@drinkcirkul.com.
If you need your Sips sent to a different location (e.g. to a seasonal home), you can edit your address for each Auto-Ship online under your profile as well. Have more questions? Submit a request to help@drinkcirkul.com!
Billing/Payment

A: Yes! We accept Afterpay for on-demand orders only. With Afterpay you pay 25% of the total at check-out and your order ships right away. You're charged the remaining balance in 25% intervals over the next 6 weeks, each payment being 2 weeks apart, and with no interest. A: BrainTree is one of Cirkul’s payment partners. In some cases, you might see 'BrainTree' (or a variation of BrainTree) on your credit card statement within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Within a day, ‘Cirkul’ should appear on your statement in its place. If you have any questions or concerns about this, just reach out and we can help confirm your order!
A: Awesome question! Don’t worry, that $1 is simply a holding charge. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will be charged for exactly the total of your order, and that $1 pending charge will disappear. It's just your bank talking to our bank saying "Yep, this is a real account."
Rewards
A: Yes you can! Visit your profile and click on the Referral Program tab for your unique referral link, which you can copy and share through email, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
A: Share your unique referral code, and when someone signs up, you’ll score two free Sips! If you rack up 10 referrals, you’ll get a FREE 22 oz. Stainless Steel bottle. It’s a win-win!
A: To earn credit your friend needs to use your unique referral link that’s on your profile page or in the emails we send on your behalf. If your friend used another customer’s unique link or didn’t use a referral link you won’t be credited.
A: Ask them to check their spam folder or you can copy and paste your unique code into a message and send it directly. If someone is already a Cirkul customer they will not be able to get additional invites.
A: First, log in to your account and click on the Inner Cirkul tab at the top of the page. Once you click 'Redeem' on an item, you'll have an option to 'Order Now' or 'Add to Auto-Ship'. If you click 'Order Now,' the item will be added to your cart and the points removed so you can continue shopping. If you click 'Add to Auto-Ship' your item will be added to your next auto-ship order and shipping will be free!

A: Oops! Let's get you a new password. On our site, click "Log In" and select "Forgot Password". Type in your email and click "Submit". We'll send you an email immediately with instructions on how to reset your password.

A: Our cartridges are made of #5 plastic, which is recyclable in communities that accept it. The inside of the cartridge contains a foil pouch which is not recyclable. The cartridge can be disassembled for proper sorting of materials.
